Welcome began its life as Christ Renews His Parish in April of 1969. From that first meeting of 28 men, CRHP grew to touch hundreds of thousands of lives—1,400 parishes in 100 dioceses and 40 states. Although CRHP was highly effective, the brand was inconsistent across parishes.
Beginning with a comprehensive team guide, we thought about Welcome more as an experience and less as only a retreat. Diverse processes and terminology were merged into a unified visual language. Our focus for the design was on invitation, information retention, brand consistency, and parish customization.
